West Lawn, PA, February 5, 2013… Edge Insights, Inc. (formerly UtiliTech) of West Lawn promoted Tom Visgarda to Director of Waste Audit Services. He will be responsible for all audit and cost recovery activity in the waste audit division of UtiliTech.
Visgarda was previously Director of Information Services. He has an Associate Degree in Computer Science from Penn State and more than 30 years of Internet technology and management experience as a systems engineer, senior systems engineer and development manager in the transportation industry.
